Am I going to make myself sick eating this much kale?

OK, I got kale today for the first time in my life (where I live it’s really rare and hard to find) and basically I’ve drunk 4 liters of green smoothie in the last couple of hours, at least a kilo of organic “dinosaur” kale being in that.
Also I had 1 liter of spinach smoothie with my breakfast and lunch.
Is this going to make me sick??
I do normally consume LOTS of fruit and vegetables anyways but I really went nuts.
Each smoothie is LOTS of kale, a banana, a punnet of blueberries, flaxseed oil (cold pressed), nori flakes and water.

Am I going to get sick from too many greens??
Yeah, it’s filtered water OR coconut water in the smoothie.
I ran out of coconuts after the second one though.
Yeah, I’m a little thirsty.

i’ve never been sick consuming this much myself.. i’m sure you’re fine.

if what you are saying is true, have you hydrated with just your average water?

sounds like you’re thirsty also.

the worst you may suffer is an over production of bile, you may get GERD from the amounts of fluids consumed….. or you’ll just produce more than the usual waste the next day.

also i’m sure this is not your usual routine so you’re fine.

just make sure you don’t do this volume of food just before bed… because of the acid reflux risk…. having fluids back up into your esophagus.

Dr. Suess may have written about eggs that were green in color, however, organic eggs can define eggs that are environmentally-friendly. Organic eggs that earn a seal from the USDA must come from hens that were not subjected to antibiotics, hormones, pesticides or herbicides, as well as the food that they ate. Fewer toxins and pesticides make for a healthier environment, as well as happier chickens.

There is much controversy to whether organic eggs taste better than commercially produced eggs. When hens have space to move around and are not in close-quarters, there is less contact with one another which lessens the chance of spreading disease.

Eggs have been one of the most controversial foods in American history, as their high cholesterol content has caused many individuals to avoid eating them. Although there is a high amount of cholesterol present in eggs, there are numerous health-enhancing nutrients as well. Additionally, organic eggs can increase the overall benefits, as they have less impact on the environment, come from healthier hens and may have less risk of contracting disease. When eaten in moderation, eggs are an excellent part of one’s diet, and can have many health-enhancing effects.

I live in Sacramento, California. I planted broccoli, carrots, peas and out side a few weeks ago and, recently, something that has eaten leaf by leaf Law seedlings being killed. peas instead, seem to grow quickly to be affected, but the broccoli and carrots are not so well because of this .. I could see this kind of mistake he has been, it was a mosquito Itty Bitty finding something black, but a bit like a small fly. I tried reasearching what could be, but found no good answer. I was able to recover, and it was small, but it almost seemed that there was a green stain on the back. I also found a little green Itty Bitty error in an artichoke seedlings. ideas? I'm tired of making this organic, but I just put the insecticide? and will it hurt the small plants?
